How can ThoroFan claim to be a national not-for-profit organization, when it is not a 501 (c) 3 ?
The Thoroughbred Racing Fan Assocation Inc. which operates Thorofan is a Domestic Not for Profit Corporation in New York State registed with the New York State Department of Corporations. The latest press release released by Thorofan lists the organization as a "national not-for -profit organization"
I will contact the Board of Thorofan for a clarification.
